Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Track my delivery
Once your order is with the courier, you will receive an email from us with your tracking code. If you haven't been sent a tracking code, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account or contacting us on info@inga-store.com
Delivery Info – FAQ
- Inga will always ship with our preferred service partners DPD, Bpost or PostNL, depending on your geographical location. If for any reason we cannot ship with them, for instance if the item is too heavy or long, Inga reserves the right to ship with any other carrier in Belgium at our discretion.
- The free shipping policy for purchases above 50 euros is not applicable for orders outside of the EU. Any duties, customs, or additional fees are at the expense of the end customer and inga and its affiliates are not financially responsible for any such fees.
- Delivery times advertised on the website are purely for guidance and Inga cannot be held liable or accountable to changes to the given timescale. This is excluding made to measure products cannot be made in advance, they have tight production timelines and sometimes issues such as adverse weather and quality control issues can cause delays. we always aim for the quickest build times. Inga cannot be held financially responsible for any delay or expenditure from pre-organised events due to a delay in receiving your order.
- At Inga we strive to keep you up to date regarding your order and its delivery status. We will inform you when the order is received, when the order has been shipped, and any status changes to your order. You can further track the order with the courier tracking link provided after shipping.
- Inga will always send out a tracking code as soon as we have one from the courier.
- Couriers will try to deliver your order up to 3 times before returning it to Inga or their local depo. If this occurs we will get in touch with you to let you know what has happened and rearrange delivery.
- If you need to change your delivery address please inform Inga before dispatch to avoid any returns with the shipping. As we aim for next day delivery within benelux and the day after for Germany and France, it is not possible to change the delivery address after shipping. Once the item is returned we will ship it to your new address, additional charges may apply.
- All packages are insured during transport. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery please note this when you sign for the order. Upon receipt of a damaged package, photograph the box and take note of whether this has damaged the order inside. Please then contact us along with your order number. We will speak to the courier company.
- Inga will replace or repair damaged orders at our discretion upon receiving photo evidence. We may ask for the product to be returned before replacing the damaged goodd.
- Our delivery charge varies by market (7 Euros to 9 Euros) on orders under below 51Euros. We offer free shipping on any orders over 51 Euros which is automatically applied at the checkout for you.
- We offer a Next Day Dispatch Service for all in stock items, this is not applicable to made to measure products (Blinds) and Made to order products.
- Made to order products take from 30 to 60 days to be delivered. We will contact you as soon as we have a delivery date.
- Inga does not offer in-store pick up or returns.
