Warranty Policy (2-Year Legal Guarantee)

Scope

All consumer electronics sold on this website are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee, in accordance with applicable EU and Belgian consumer protection law.

This guarantee applies to products purchased by consumers within Belgium and the European Union.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use of the product within the 2-year period from the date of delivery.

If a product is found to be defective under normal use conditions, the customer is entitled to:

  • Repair of the product, or
  • Replacement with an equivalent product
    If neither repair nor replacement is possible or reasonable, a partial or full refund may be offered.

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Physical damage (drops, impacts, water damage, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Use not in accordance with the product instructions

Warranty process

To request a warranty service, the customer must contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

We may request additional information such as photos or videos to assess the issue.

Resolution timeline

Once a warranty claim is received, we aim to provide an initial response within a reasonable timeframe and propose a solution (repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).

Legal rights

This warranty does not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable EU and Belgian consumer law.
