Yes. If you’d like assistance ordering samples, just get in touch with our team. Samples are shipped on the next business day.
How do I get a price?
Simply enter your measurements on the product page and complete the online form for an instant price. If you prefer, we can also provide a quote via online appointment, live chat, or email.

After You’ve Ordered
Can I change my measurements after ordering?
As all blinds are made to measure, changes usually aren’t possible once production
has started (usually 24 hours after ordering). If you’re unsure, please contact
us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I change my delivery address?
In many cases, yes — as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact
us at least 24 hours before dispatch so we can check this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Because blinds are made specifically for you, orders can’t usually be cancelled once
production begins. If there’s a delay due to materials being unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.
Delivery
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details from the courier. You can also check progress using the order tracking page on our website.
How long will delivery take?
Most blinds are delivered within 15–45 days. Some products may take a little longer, and items from the same order may arrive separately.
My order arrived in more than one delivery — is that normal?
Yes. Some items are made in different locations or are too large to ship together. We’ll keep you updated by email.
What if my delivery packaging looks damaged?
Please unpack your blinds and check them carefully. Please take first pictures of the damaged shipping box, then proceed to open the box. If the blinds themselves are damaged, simply send us a few photos of both the damaged outer box and curtain and we’ll help resolve this for you.
Why is the control chain shorter than expected?
All control lengths follow child safety regulations. The length depends on the drop of the blind to ensure it’s safe for your home. For drops over 100 cm, chains finish ~100 cm from the top. For under 100 cm, they’re ~50 cm long.
My blind doesn’t look the right size.
We’re sorry to hear this, before getting in touch please can you check the following. 1.If you’ve selected ‘recess’ size when ordering, the blind will be approximately 12mm narrower than ordered to account for the brackets. 2.Check the sizes ordered and in your order confirmation email, if we have made and sent you the wrong sizes we will quickly put this right for you with a few photos highlighting our mistake. Please note as products are made to measure we cannot accept returns.
What if there’s a fault with my blind?
We’re here to help. Just contact us with photos or a short video and we’ll look into it as quickly as possible.
My order was returned to sender. What happens now?
If this happens, the order will be sent back to the warehouse. Once we’ve confirmed the correct address with you, we’ll arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Products & Samples
Do blinds come with screws and plugs?
As wall types vary, screws and plugs aren’t included. This helps ensure you can use the fixings best suited to your walls.
Do you have a showroom?
We’re an online-only business, which helps us keep prices competitive. Free samples are available so you can see fabrics at home.
Will the blinds look exactly like the photos?
We use high-quality images, but colours can vary between screens. We always recommend ordering free samples before placing your order.
How do I order free samples?
Simply click the “Free Sample” button on the product page and enter your delivery details.
How many samples can I order?
You can order up to 10 samples at a time. If you need more, you’re welcome to place another sample order. Samples are limited to 1 sample per colour per customer.
Warranty & Returns
Do your blinds come with a warranty?
Yes. All our blinds include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults (not wear and tear), giving you extra peace of mind.
Can I return blinds if I change my mind?
As blinds are made to measure, we’re unable to accept returns for colour choice or measurement errors. This is why we strongly recommend ordering free samples first.
What if I measured incorrectly?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for incorrect measurements. If you’d like advice before ordering, our team is always happy to help.

Can you make blinds outside the listed size range?
Our size limits are based on manufacturing and delivery requirements, so we’re usually unable to go outside the sizes shown online.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. We use secure, up-to-date payment systems to keep your details safe.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (where available).
Are your blinds child-safe?
Yes. All blinds comply fully with current child safety regulations, and required safety devices are included.
What happens if my chosen fabric is out of stock?
We’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss revised delivery times or suitable alternatives.
Why do roller blind chains break?
Some come with breakaway connectors for safety. If disconnected, just re-clip them.
Roman blind linings — what’s the difference?
Options include standard (cotton), blackout, thermal, and interlining each with different light and insulation properties.
